Its 36.83 cm barrel allows the calibre’s ballistic potential to be fully exploited, offering controlled accuracy with an effective range of up to 500 metres. This configuration makes the KR556 particularly well suited for medium-distance shooting, while maintaining stable and repeatable performance. The mechanical rate of fire, rated between 800 and 1000 rounds per minute, reflects the strength and reliability of the internal components, even though the rifle operates strictly in semi-automatic mode.
The three-position adjustable stock enables the overall length to be set between 84.5 and 88.5 cm, providing optimal ergonomics according to the shooter’s build and shooting setup.
